Training - Class Times and Venues

Classes are divided into Beginner Training (for beginners white belt up to green belt) and Senior Grade Training (blue belt and higher).

Tuesdays (excluding school holidays)

Main Hall, Uniting Church - 77 Albert St Berry, NSW 2535

5:30-6:15pm          Beginner Training (all ages)

6:15-7:00pm          Senior Grade Training (all ages)

North Nowra Primary School Hall - 75 Judith Dr, North Nowra, NSW 2541

5:30-6:15pm          Beginner Training (all ages)

Sunday Morning Keiko (training)

Held every 4th Sunday of the month from 8:30-9:30am (Beginner Training) and from 9:30-10:30am (Senior Grade Training) at the North Nowra Dojo. Each month a Senior Dan Grade Black Belt leads these classes designed to provide deeper levels of learning karate skills, drills and techniques and are a must for improving your karate ability and preparation for grading examinations and competition karate. Sunday morning Keiko classes are $10 per class.

NSW Squad Training

Classes for NSW Squad are provided by NSW Coaches for members who aspire for selection on the SKI Australian Team. These classes are usually hosted in Sydney once or twice each month. See your dojo instructor for further details.
