Our kids classes are energetic, fun, challenging and filled with karate syllabus and karate specific games to keep kids active, interested, moving and improving. We run the Red Stripe Learning program for beginner kids - aligned with NSW Education's Positive Behaviour for Success program. It's the only one of its kind anywhere in the Shoalhaven or South Coast.
This program is very successful and is highly regarded by parents. Kids training includes karate related games, basic techniques, kata and controlled (non-contact) step sparring which increases in volume, complexity and standard with each belt level allowing individual progress.
