We run the Red Stripe Learning program for beginner kids - which is aligned with NSW Education's Positive Behaviour for Success program. It's the only one of its kind anywhere in the Shoalhaven or South Coast.
Beginner kids (for kids aged from 5 to 12 yrs) classes are energetic, fun, challenging and filled with karate syllabus and karate specific games to keep kids active, interested, moving and improving.
This program is very successful and is highly regarded by parents. Kids training includes karate related games, exercise, movement, balance, basic techniques, kata and fun activities which increases in volume, complexity and standard with each level allowing individual progress.
We also have classes for kids aged from 13 to 17 and adult classes and run a Kids School Holiday Karate Program twice each year (scroll through the calendar to learn more about the school holiday prgram for kids and teens).
