This kids school holiday karate prgram is designed for kids aged 5 to 15 who have never tried karate before.
Kids will be grouped into ages from 5-8, 9-12 and 13 to 15 for a series of activities designed to get them moving and enjoying martail arts related challenges and exercises. No prior expereince is necessary and all equipment is provided. Although all three mornings are recommended, there is an option for those who can only make one or two mornings.
Kids should wear a t-shirt and shorts and bring their own snacks and water (1 litre recommended). Regsitraion will open at 9am and the sessions start at 9:30 sharp. Places are limited so book early to avoid dissapointment.
