Rare lesson from a master

When it comes to learning world class karate technique there is no better place to learn than from the Japanese masters themselves. A small group from the South Coast Shotokan Karate club did just that by attending the Shotokan Karate International Australia Winter Kangeiko (training camp) in Sydney recently.

Karate examination shows solid Improvement

Rush medals at world karate champs

More than 800 athletes from 50 countries converged on Jakarta, Indonesia for the 12th SKIF World Karate Championships from 26-28 August 2016. Entering into his third consecutive World Championships, Sensei David Rush from South Coast Shotokan Karate was determined to achieve something he had only ever dreamed of.

Junior Kyu Grade Examination

Sensei David will be conducting a grading examination of r junior Kyu grades at the North Nowra Dojo from 4pm to 5:30pm on Friday 22nd July.
